Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives in an ethical and compliant manner.
  • Develop and execute an effective business plan aligned to sales strategy to achieve results.
  • Prioritize and call on appropriate customers at optimal frequency to change prescribing behaviors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
  • 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and proficiency in clinical expertise and selling skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range of $108,000 - $135,000 with merit-based increases and short-term incentive plan.
  • Benefits include 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
