Manager, Extended Warranty (Energy & Utility)

The Manager, Extended Warranty (Energy & Utility) will serve as the primary point of contact between LGEAI and regulated utility partners—overseeing service operations, marketing and sales initiatives, and related administrative functions. This role is responsible for building strong working relationships, understanding each partner’s business landscape, and identifying key insights that may impact production. Additionally, this role will also maintain account documentation, participate in internal strategy discussions, and oversee the onboarding and launch of new partner programs. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, and consistently delivers exceptional service throughout all phases of engagement. Responsibilities include leading the sales pipeline, driving go-to-market strategies, building relationships with regulated utilities, representing the company at industry events, and supporting cross-functional projects.
