Job Description

This position has responsibility for business development and overall account management of the southwestern US portfolio with the goals of retention, margin enhancement, risk management and capturing growth/expansion opportunities. The incumbent should possess strong account management skills to include exceptional written and verbal communications, strong internal and external negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to identify and build critical account relationships, strong analytic/critical thinking skills and judgment, financial and customer assessment abilities as well as strong collaborative skills. The Account Manager will interface closely with the semiconductor customer and ensure that Air Products provides safe, reliable and quality supply of products and services to this important account.
