Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Operations Associate with a background in sales or account management—particularly someone who has sold website development services to U.S.-based clients. This role supports day-to-day operations, sales pipeline management, and client success initiatives in a fast-paced, globally distributed team. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO (based in California) and help bridge strategy and execution across departments.
Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end operations, acting as a liaison between sales and delivery teams, monitoring and managing the client onboarding process, providing internal support to the CEO, collaborating on proposals, and identifying gaps in workflows.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of professional experience, direct experience selling or managing website development services for U.S.-based clients, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
