Responsibilities:
- Owns recruitment strategy for assigned field marketing programs and determines optimal mix of marketing channels and outreach tactics.
- Builds follow-up strategy in line with recruitment plan to create a cohesive campaign.
- Analyzes historical event performance and market trends to influence future recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently on projects and processes.
- Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area.
- Experience with marketing automation and outreach tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
