Job Description
E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing Power Delivery Division. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic growth initiatives with Electric Utilities, EPC Contractors, and Renewable Energy Developers.
The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, lead proposal development, track market trends, and represent E2 at industry events. They will also develop and execute annual business development plans and work closely with engineering and project management teams.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in power delivery, and an established network within electric utilities or renewable developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
