Manage and mentor Account Executives, drive outbound sales strategy, and partner with Revenue and Product leaders to shape a scalable GTM engine. Coach and manage AEs navigating long, strategic sales cycles and support pipeline development and ensure consistent deal velocity. Align with Product, Marketing, and RevOps on execution and feedback loops. Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Gong and help build repeatable sales infrastructure for future growth.
