Temporary Recruiter

As a member of the Recruiting team, you'll develop strong relationships to understand ChowNow’s continually evolving organization. You will own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments on both the technical and non-technical side of the house. You'll develop creative recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement. This is a 4-6 month temporary engagement. Reports to the Recruiting Manager. No direct reports. This is a remote role based in the United States. ChowNow is looking for someone that puts restaurants first, celebrates diversity, raises their hand, and keeps reaching. They are hyper-organized with their pipeline.
