Job Description
Our client is an international investment firm that supports the most ambitious and talented entrepreneurs and high growth companies to achieve their goals. The key responsibility is to enable users to get the most from our technology platforms, helping them solve problems, fixing issues they experience and understanding how they work and how we can make them more efficient. You will be supporting End Users with day to day issues with their current technology platforms, enabling new technology rollout including user training and working with various vendor partners to become the in-house expert. You will work with 3rd party support teams to escalate issues, get to root cause quickly and report on issue status. You will be running morning checks to ensure all platforms are fit for business on a daily basis.
