Strategic and operational management of the Agile Business Performance area. Development and implementation of tailored concepts for agile transformations at team, area and organizational level. Consulting customers on agile frameworks, scaling models and change management. Active expansion of our customer portfolio including sales activities and offer preparation. Leadership, coaching and further development of an interdisciplinary team. Representation of our company to customers, at events and in specialist committees. The requirements for this position include profound experience in the IT industry, ideally in a consulting or project environment. Several years of experience as an Agile Coach as well as in-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and transformation projects at team and organizational level. Experience in the sale of consulting services and in the development of technical concepts and tailored customer solutions. Proven leadership skills as well as enthusiasm for team and talent development. Strong communication and strategic skills paired with entrepreneurial thinking. Fluent German and English skills.
