Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a NA clinical laboratory VITROS® marketing plan to support the achievement of the NA AOP and product placement targets.
  • Establish and track/trend key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal positioning, messaging, and collateral to promote placement of VITROS® systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare Management.
  • 10+ years in IVD diagnostics or core laboratory experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and launching IVD diagnostic products.

Skills:

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and analytic skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
