Automotive Extended Warranty - Claims Adjuster II

Responsible for adjudicating claims, accurately receiving and assessing new losses, and documenting and investigating claims while maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include delivering engaging and professional service on phone inquiries, providing information regarding claim processing and coverage, Authorizing claims, answering a high volume of inbound calls and processing paperwork. Prior experience in an automotive service environment and customer service is strongly preferred.
