Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager at Vanta, you will manage and optimize our commercial contracting process across sales and vendor engagements. From reviewing NDAs to owning our CLM system (Ironclad), you’ll be the legal team’s front line in helping internal stakeholders close deals efficiently and with reduced risk. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and related amendments. You'll own and optimize the Ironclad CLM platform, including templates, workflows, automation, and reporting. You will triage and support inbound contract requests from Sales and RevOps, escalating legal issues as needed. This includes reviewing and processing NDAs efficiently, using established playbooks to guide low-risk negotiations. You'll also support vendor contracting and procurement workflows in partnership with InfoSec, Finance, and business stakeholders. This role will track contract metrics and trends, identify process improvements, and help implement automation tools to support scale.
