Job Description
The People Operations Specialist at Local Infusion will manage core HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and compliance, while supporting broader people initiatives that make Local Infusion a high performing organization. This role will be a trusted resource to employees and leaders, helping to build and support exceptional employee experiences in a fast-paced, highly-accountable environment. Core responsibilities include delivering a seamless new-hire experience, maintaining accurate people data, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting managers in decision-making. The specialist will also implement programs that improve connection, manager effectiveness, and employee performance, partnering with the Head of People to optimize policies and processes.
