Manager, International Contracts

This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical international contracts for a significant division within Curtiss-Wright. You will gain high visibility, work on meaningful programs, and contribute directly to the success of our aerospace and defense operations. The role involves leading contract negotiations and administration for international contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal frameworks, and customer requirements. You will also assess and mitigate risks in terms and conditions during the proposal and contract execution phases. The role requires collaboration with internal and external customers to define and complete contractual obligations and ensure compliance with foreign government and commercial contracting laws and regulations.
