Job Description

The Finance & Operations Clerk provides part-time support on transactional financial and operational tasks. This role ensures accuracy in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoice preparation, helping maintain Bullpen’s financial records and operational flow. Key responsibilities include maintaining QuickBooks and Bill.com with accurate daily entries, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, and tracking contractor hours and payments. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized records, assisting in vendor verification, and providing accurate financial data for reporting. The position requires 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance administration, familiarity with QuickBooks and Bill.com, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
