Job Description

We are currently in search of a reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior executive. This fully remote position is ideal for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a variety of administrative tasks independently. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently, preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations as required. You would also handle essential email correspondence and follow-ups, maintain and update task lists and priorities on behalf of the executive. You will organize and maintain digital files and records systematically.
