Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service skills to support the ICE law enforcement mission.

• Maintain public and community relations by answering calls and processing tips.

• Review, analyze, and process tips for further action.

Required Skills:

• Minimum three years of specialized experience in a Contact Center.

• Knowledge of searching databases and dealing with diverse individuals.

• Ability to multitask and research information on multiple databases at the same time.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and interpret information efficiently.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing telephony systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
