About the Role:
- Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong experience with day-to-day finance administration.
- The successful candidate will support our accounts function by ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code purchase invoices, raise sales invoices, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and assist with general bookkeeping and accounts administration.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience with strong working knowledge of Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload, and manage tasks independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills, confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
