What You’ll Do:
- Own complex programs across VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS platforms, cloud services, and operational systems from planning through production.
- Translate product, customer, and engineering objectives into clear plans, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
- Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product, QA, Network Operations, and more.
Experience We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in technical program management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of software development, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
