Senior Endpoint Engineer

The Senior Endpoint Engineer will perform implementation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance within Windows and macOS environments, including OS upgrades and migration deployments. This role involves creating software updates and patches through MDM deployment methods, leveraging automation through Entra ID, Intune and Kandji. Administer applications to keep the systems running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, and software delivery.The Engineer will meet endpoint support and service delivery objectives through the design, development, and delivery of custom solutions related to automation, monitoring and application performance optimization. The role also includes overseeing the deployment of security patches, maintaining standardized system configurations, evaluating new products/services, and identifying desktop OS and application solutions that enhance security while balancing user experience. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash are required, along with strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills. Experience with Endpoint Management solutions like Kandji & Intune MDM is crucial.
