Accountabilities:
- Own the complete onboarding lifecycle from initial documentation to account activation.
- Conduct KYC/KYB reviews, including business verification and source of funds assessments.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant onboarding.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, customer onboarding, or compliance operations.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to manage high-volume cases with accuracy.
- Familiarity with onboarding tools and understanding of process automation.
