Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations including accounting oversight, financial controls, and reconciliations
- Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Partner with business, finance, treasury, underwriting, and shared services teams to improve workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial operations or insurance accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting processes
