Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for early careers and underwriting support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and TA team members throughout the recruiting process.
- Proactively source candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
Talent Acquisition Operations & Greenhouse Support:
- Support day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS/CRM.
- Assist with job postings, system updates, reporting, and configuration.
- Run recruiting reports and support TA data and process tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination.
- ATS and/or CRM experience required.
