Job Description

At Dreamstyle Remodeling, we are seeking a motivated, empathetic Customer Success Specialist to engage customers post-sale, clarify contract details, and retain business through meaningful conversations, strategic offers, and exceptional service. This role focuses on turning at-risk customers into loyal patrons by addressing concerns, solving problems, and highlighting the value of Renovo brands. Manage inbound cancellation requests via phone, email, and chat. Conduct in-depth conversations to identify the root cause of dissatisfaction or cancellation intent. Offer tailored solutions (discounts, feature education, account adjustments, etc.) to save the customer relationship. Track, report, and analyze save attempts, success rates, and reasons for cancellation. Collaborate with Installation and Sales teams to share customer feedback and trends. Act as a brand ambassador, always representing Renovo with professionalism, positivity, and customer-first thinking.
