Responsibilities:
- Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, maintaining milestones, critical path, and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Run the PMO operating cadence with weekly workstream reviews and executive steering committees.
- Drive market-expansion workstreams across multiple regions, coordinating regulatory readiness and launch sequencing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering; MBA, PMP, or CFA preferred.
- Project management experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, or fintech, with a track record of delivering trading or financial-services programs.
- Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and ability to coordinate multi-jurisdiction launches.
