Your Role:
- Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca's brokerage APIs.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to align resources and timelines.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing context to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly partner check-ins and drive action items.
- Track project status, risks, and dependencies across regions.
- Document and improve onboarding frameworks for partner integrations.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of enterprise project management experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with FinTech, APIs, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
