Group Program Manager - Enterprise PMO

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and own PMO operations including intake, governance frameworks, tooling, and reporting standards, ensuring Product and PMO operate from a shared system of record.
• Own portfolio reporting and data quality, surface systemic delivery risks early, and build cross-functional dependency management.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to build the quarterly roadmap, own quarterly resource planning, and manage steering committee and portfolio review cadence.
• Own initiative-level budget tracking and benefits realization, manage and develop PMO project managers, and leverage AI to automate workstreams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management with at least 3 years at a senior level in fintech, financial services, or similar complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning the commercial narrative for a portfolio and building the "so what" story for C-suite.
• Deep fluency in delivery risk identification across multiple business functions, proven executive presence, and experience designing PMO operating models.
• Strong financial acumen including budget ownership, cost of delay, and ROI framing, plus a track record of developing talent.
