As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our residents satisfied, our Owners’ costs controlled, and our properties operating smoothly. You’ll join a collaborative, remote team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement. The key responsibilities include: Triage & Troubleshoot, Vendor & Appointment Management, Communication Excellence, Documentation & Compliance, Performance Alignment, Quality Control and Administrative Support.
