Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for all five store locations. You’ll manage high-volume daily calls, book appointments, and follow up with potential and existing customers. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth customer journey, from the first phone call to a completed repair. Handle 50–60 inbound calls per day, providing friendly, clear information to all customers. Book appointments and accurately log customer information in the CRM. Follow up on missed calls and warm leads to convert them into appointments. Technical tools you'll use JustCall, Pipedrive, RepairShopr.
