Job Description
Strategic Planning:
- Evaluate and shape business-critical ideas by conducting research, analyzing options, and developing business cases.
- Develop and lead the annual planning program, including a prioritization framework.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on yearly goals through well-structured review sessions.
Cross-functional Alignment:
- Craft executive-level narratives for strategic projects and annual planning.
- Work closely with the Operations and Strategy teams on the final planning package.
- Collaborate with the VP and leadership team on budget and headcount.
Leadership & Communication:
- Serve as strategic right hand to VP and leadership team.
- Lead the creation of All Hands structure and content with a focus on bringing visibility to key priorities.
- Orchestrate objectives and key results – translating strategic priorities into clear milestones and goals.
