New CPFR Manager (Retail Forecasting and Replenishment Manager)

We're seeking a strategic CPFR Manager to optimize our supply chain and sales performance with key retail partners. You'll lead collaborative demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to ensure product availability while strengthening relationships with major retailers. This role combines data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship management to drive consensus forecasting, reduce stockouts, and streamline operations that meet business objectives. You'll work closely with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing) and external retail partners to align on demand planning, promotional strategies, and inventory optimization. Responsibilities include collaborative demand planning, inventory management & replenishment, store operations & execution, data analytics & reporting, cross-functional collaboration, relationship management, and process optimization.
