Responsibilities:

  • Represent customers to track, prioritize, and resolve serviceability and product quality issues, incorporating feedback into product releases.
  • Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems.

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in IT management and system administration.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge in firewalls, AD environments, DNS servers, authentication protocols, and LDAP.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exhibit the ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Show excellent time management and communication skills.
