Job Description

Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales journey, acting as the functional expert on Higharc’s platform. The role involves leading discovery sessions, shaping the vision of success, and delivering tailored demos that resonate with both executives and operators. Operating primarily in pre-sales (80%), with selective involvement in post-sales engagements to support continuity, refine messaging, or capture feedback. The Solutions Consultant will lead discovery sessions to uncover current-state workflows, pain points, and priorities across Design, Sales, Purchasing, and Estimating. Shape the solution strategy in partnership with AEs—guiding prospects toward a future-state vision powered by Higharc. Deliver tailored, high-impact platform demos and proof-of-concepts to build confidence and urgency. Build ROI narratives and champion the Challenger sales approach. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a consultative sales, presales, or solutioning role. Deep understanding of Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing and familiarity with sales methodologies are essential. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a plus.
