The Solutions Consultant will work closely with our sales team to close new business by addressing prospectsβ challenges and helping to demonstrate how Higharc is the solution to these challenges. You'll manage the ongoing development of Process Mapping Exercise output and refine Process Mapping exercises, questions, documentation, templates. Perform bespoke demos for prospective customers and create ROI docs, business implementation strategy, Success Plans, and hand-off documentation.
