Job Description
This role requires a focus on customer retention and responsiveness for SMB clients as a Customer Success Associate.
You will work closely with the Customer Strategy team to research and develop customer engagement strategies, and proactively monitor customer health scores.
Use product knowledge to provide advice and support that results in the customers success. Work as a team to renew and retain the portfolio of customers.
Leverage experience in client success planning to uncover hidden needs and address core challenges effectively.
Be the voice of customers by assisting them and providing best-in class support.
