Operations Lead

Operations Lead Responsibilities:

-Leads and supports the Ops team through clear expectations and coaching.

-Owns core operations processes across people, hiring, finance, legal, and planning, keeping them reliable and on time.

-Translates high-level direction from stewards into concrete plans, timelines, and responsibilities.

Operations Lead Requirements:

-Must have experience running operations in a startup, scale-up, or ambiguous environment.

-Should have experience bringing order and predictability to undefined work.

-Needs to have strong analytical skills with comfort using technology for tracking and decision-making.

Operations Lead Nice to haves:

-Has experience in people ops, recruiting operations, finance, or legal coordination.

-Familiarity with crypto, web3, or decentralized organizations.

-Ideally, experience managing a small team.
