Your Role:
- Own the product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms.
- Work closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support to build safeguards and improve safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and engineering work.
- Improve in-house moderation technologies, including EverGuard, and lead third-party safety integrations.
- Establish dashboards, QA, red teaming, and incident follow-through processes.
