This position requires collaboration with senior leadership across Finance, Product, Go-To-Market, and Legal to identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities that accelerate the mission to be the global leader in Human Risk Management. The Corporate Development Manager is not only a deal-maker but also a strategic architect; this role connects market intelligence, competitive insights, and financial analysis into actionable growth strategies that shape the company’s multi-year trajectory in the Human Risk Management (HRM) cybersecurity space. Responsibilities include monitoring cybersecurity trends, evaluating product portfolios, maintaining a database of potential acquisition targets, and managing due diligence processes.
