Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead full lifecycle handling of complex commercial energy claims, from coverage analysis to settlement negotiation.
- You will manage litigation strategy, oversee defense counsel, and set reserves for high-exposure claims.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor less experienced claims examiners.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 5-7+ years of progressively complex commercial casualty claims experience, emphasizing litigated GL/Auto and/or Energy claims.
- You possess demonstrated expertise in energy-specific litigation, coverage analysis, and litigation management.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and an adjuster license.
