Job Description
As a Payment Experience Associate I, you will develop a substantial understanding of Flywire's products, services, and policies to provide solutions to Flywire users. You will address customers' questions and concerns via phone, chat, email, or other channels with speed and empathy. You must be a brand ambassador and carry out proactive payer outreach as needed. You will solve complex payment problems, collect feedback for improvements, and stay updated on product features. In addition, you will support in training new team members.
