What you’ll do:
- Process and review complex union payrolls accurately, compliantly, and within stated SLA timelines.
- Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, side letters, and union rules across multiple production types.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex payroll scenarios and mentor peers.
What you’ll have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience processing payroll in a multi-union environment.
- Advanced ability to interpret union rules and collective bargaining agreement provisions.
- Strong knowledge of entertainment union contracts (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters) preferred.
