The Change Management Specialist Lead is responsible for planning and executing end-to-end change management activities for assigned programs, projects, and initiatives. They align with the change management strategy and business objectives. The role requires a seasoned professional with substantial knowledge in change management, capable of leading change management workstreams for significant projects. Accountabilities include ensuring the quality and timeliness of change management deliverables, consulting with senior stakeholders, and providing guidance on TD's change management methodology. The specialist also integrates knowledge of change management with business and project strategies to recommend effective interventions. Must solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Works autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise.
