Rapidly build trust with clients, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding of their domain and objectives.
Drive platform engineering work at the client level, connecting long-term technical vision to what ships.
Lead architecture discussions, mentor teams, and facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience with repeated success on a variety of projects and a track record of leadership.
Deep expertise in multiple languages and frameworks including Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
Proven ability to lead AI/ML integration, platform engineering, and modernization initiatives.
