Principal Software Engineer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a technically exceptional Principal Software Engineer with deep expertise in AI skills to build rapid solutions for complex customer issues.
• You will work closely with customers, services, and cloud teams to develop solutions and contribute to the product codebase.
• You will establish best practices for AI-led development while maintaining security and code quality standards.

Your Role Responsibilities:

• Reverse engineer flagship products and understand technical designs and implementation complexities.
• Build AI-enabled features in core offerings to meet critical customer demands.
• Champion AI-assisted code generation tools and mentor engineers on effective prompting strategies.

Role Essentials:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with LLMs and AI integration in data systems.
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
