Job Description
The Senior Business Applications Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, implementation, and optimization of business applications that support core business functions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the organization’s objectives. As a senior analyst, this individual also provides mentorship to junior analysts, ensures best practices are followed, and leads more complex initiatives related to system improvements and business process automation.
Duties and Responsibilities include leading the analysis and design of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements for new system implementations or enhancements and translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Qualifications include 5+ years in a business analysis role and expertise in business applications such as ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
