Role Overview:
- National role responsible for safe, consistent, and profitable execution of Shermco's Protection & Controls business.
- Reports to VP of Protection & Controls and sets direction for operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead General Managers and Area Managers in safety, quality, utilization, forecasting, and customer service.
- Own operating execution for financial performance, resource deployment, and compliance with safe work practices.
- Partner with technical leaders and support business development and expansion into adjacent services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of field services experience, with 5+ years in multi-location leadership.
- P&L responsibility for a $40M+ technical services business and knowledge of relay protection and controls strongly preferred.
- Strong safety leadership, analytical judgment, and ability to travel 50% among operating locations.
