Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic and operational excellence across field service, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
- Lead workforce planning, resource optimization, and digital service management to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Enforce compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards in sensitive defense and maritime environments.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of service management experience in defense, offshore, or maritime sectors.
- Proven leadership of teams of 50+ employees in remote, complex, or high-pressure environments.
- Experience with ServiceMax or similar FSM platforms and Sales & Operations Planning.
