Job Description
Looking for a Technical Operations Head to join the team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing robust monitoring systems to identify potential failures, especially post-deployment, ensuring high system reliability and performance. The role involves defining and maintaining deployment standards, managing incident responses, leading post-mortem analyses, and consolidating client configuration documentation. This position requires providing expert context in resolving production incidents and overseeing technical customer support agents. The head will also present operational health reports and manage the roadmap for improvements.
Qualifications include a related degree, 10+ years of system operations experience (preferably in fintech or e-commerce), a proven track record in system management, strong technical and analytical skills in SQL and Python, excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
