Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Structure complex deals from proposal to close, ensuring compliance, profitability, and alignment with internal policies
- Review and approve deals, including pricing, terms, discounting, and contract considerations
- Draft and manage contract redlines in partnership with Legal, maintaining commercial viability and balanced risk
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Contract Management within SaaS, AdTech, or high-growth tech environments
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, pricing strategies, discount governance, and contract negotiation
- Experience with sales proposal tools, CPQ systems, or automated quoting frameworks
